During the complete renovation of Martens Juwelier Createur in Aalst, not only was the shop area revamped together with Sur Mesure Interieur (with custom work and reupholstering of existing chairs), but the office space was also upgraded.

During the total renovation of Martens Juwelier Createur in Aalst, not only the shop area was renovated together with Sur Mesure interior design firm (custom work and reupholstering of existing chairs was chosen), but the office space was also tackled.

Manager Julie Martens praised the collaboration with Buro International. She greatly appreciated the help with planning the office furniture in the space and the choice of materials. Finally, she also praised the price/quality of the services and furniture provided.

For the office space, FAMO Direction Desks from the MAHIA collection were chosen in white. These are not only aesthetically pleasing, but the modular system is also very functional. The handy white MAHIA Mobile Pedestal 3 drawer units fit perfectly with and under the desks from the collection of the same name.

The eye-catcher in the room is the beautiful sand-coloured leather VITRA EA 217 Soft Pad Chair at the main desk. This iconic and luxurious office chair with five aluminium legs on castors was designed by Charles and Ray Eames. The chair looks stately and is exceptionally comfortable, partly thanks to the soft leather upholstery.
